What We Believe…
The Bible
We believe the Scriptures are inspired by God and declare His design and plan for mankind.                                                             2 Timothy 3:15-17; Hebrews 4:12
The Trinity
We believe there is only one true God revealed in three persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:26; Matthew 28:19; John 1:1-3; Hebrews 1:1-3
Jesus
We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ. As God's son, Jesus was both human and divine.
Isaiah 7:14, 9:7; Luke 1:26-38, 2:1-20, 24:1-53; Romans 4:25; 5:6-8; 1 Corinthians 15:1-57

Salvation
We believe though originally good, man willingly fell to sin, ushering evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world. Genesis 1:26-28; 2:7; Psalm 8:4-8; 115:16; Genesis 3:1-24; Romans 5:12-14; Ephesians 2:3
We believe every person can have restored fellowship with God through Salvation, accepting Christ's offer of forgiveness for sin. We believe in the resurrection of believers into everlasting life and blessing in Heaven and the resurrection of unbelievers into everlasting punishment in the torments of Hell.
John 3:16; John 5:24; Mark 9:43-48; 2 Thes. 1:9; Rev. 20:10-15; John 5:28-29; 1 Cor.15:51-52

Baptism and Communion
We believe and practice two ordinances: 1) Water Baptism by immersion after repenting of one's sins and then receiving Christ's gift of salvation, and 2) Holy Communion (the Lord's Supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ's suffering and death for our salvation. 1 Corinthians 12:13; 1 Peter 3:21; Acts 10:48; Acts 22:16; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:27; Mark 16:16; Matthew 28:19-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26; Matthew 26:26-29; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:19-20

Holy Spirit
We believe in the present-day working of the Holy Spirit to convict the world of sin, righteousness, judgement. We believe that the Lord desires to fill, baptize, and enable His people by moving upon them with and by His gifts and power.            John 16:8; John 14:26; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Acts 2:38-39; Matthew 3:11; Ephesians 5:18; John 3:5; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:1-4; Mark 16:15-18; Jude 1:20; Acts 4:31; Mark 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:8-10; Romans 12:6-8; Galatians 5:22-23; Hebrews 2:3-4
We believe Sanctification initially occurs at salvation and is not only a declaration that a believer is holy, but also a progressive lifelong process of separating from evil as believers continually draw closer to God and become more Christ like. Philippians 2:12-13; I Corinthians 1:18; Ephesians 4:22-24; Ephesians 5:1-2

The Church
We believe the church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. The Church is a vibrant community of believers who actively worship, pray, and fellowship as they apply the Bible to their lives. They are a conduit of God’s initiatives here on earth. Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 12:4-5; 1 Corinthians 4:11-16; 12:13, 27-28; 14:12; Ephesians 2:19-22
We believe that divine healing of the sick is provided for us in Christ's atonement. 1 Peter 2:24; 2 Corinthians 4:10-11; Romans 8:11; Deuteronomy 7:15; Psalm 34:19; Isaiah 53:4-5; James 5:14-15; Mark 16:17-18; Revelation 12:11
We believe and look forward to the New Heaven and a New Earth that Christ is preparing for His people, where we will be with Him forever. We believe in the personal, literal and bodily return of Jesus Christ in power and glory as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. 1 Thess. 4:13-18; Zech. 14:5; Matt. 24:27, 30; Rev.1:7; Rev. 19:11-14; Rev. 20:1-6
